Physical Alertness
We will be learning various movements in order to experience aliveness and play. On the other hand, we will also be taking time to understand the principals and physical properties underneath the techniques. For example, the sense of weight, balance and momentum are qualities present in every practice. By working with a partner or alone we will see how these aspects transform in the air, on the ground, or through another human body.
The workshop is intended for visitors over the age of 12, recommended for people with dance experience.
