At the workshop, we examine the elements of partner work applied also in threes, fours, fives, in groups and masses.

Through this practice, the group finds a state of the body in which the centers of all participants are connected to each other through a relationship with the feet, the earth, and control of the body’s weight.

With exercises and games that summarize the basics of our practice, we open the way to the study of another element that is the basis of partner work: role(s).

Roles are not fixed, but are constantly changing during the interaction. Understanding what role you play is essential to amplify or stimulate action.

Each role deals with different forces or inertia and concentrates its energy on specific points due to different dynamics. We discover that there are individual, common, orienting or variable axes and we investigate their specific needs and also how to benefit from the individual strength that is found in them.

Goals
-Develop collective skills to work in diverse teams.
-Stimulate horizontal creation.
-Experiment with greater risk, but at the same time guarantee security and offer a solution to conflicts in difficult situations.

The workshop is recommended for dancers over 12 years of age with previous dance experience.
